It can take a lot of energy trying to keep things the same, even when they are not the things we want! We meet together to uncover freedom, vitality, a valued life.
Working from the heart, we use well researched therapeutic approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to assist people move from "stuckness", towards lives that are meaningful, in whatever way they define that.

It is our perspective that counselling helps people to learn more about the nature of their problems as they relate to their broader eco-system. 

Your eco-system may include factors such as nutrition, relationships, mind habits, sleep, work, family, friends, adversities, gender, culture, spirituality and so many more.  These are all interconnected and form the eco-system that is our lives.
